Privacy Policy

Waitlist information

For customer registrations, we collect name, email, optional phone, state, city, neighbourhood, location and connector preferences, consent, acquisition source and referral information. For venue enquiries, we collect contact and business details, venue type and address, optional traffic estimates, message, contact preference and consent.

Why we use it

We use this information to plan launch coverage, send requested launch communications, review venue interest, measure acquisition and referrals, prevent abuse and operate the service. Joining the waitlist does not create a rental account. Waitlist data is not payment information, and we do not collect card data, BVN, bank accounts, passwords or government identification through these forms.

Communications and referrals

Launch email is sent only after explicit consent. Referral codes associate a signup with an existing referrer without exposing either person’s details. Only confirmed referrals may count toward any future programme, and no referral reward is currently promised.

Opt out, deletion and correction

Use the unsubscribe link in a Bink email or contact Fourfourtech@gmail.com. You may also request access, correction or deletion through that address. We will verify requests as appropriate and retain only records needed for the stated purpose, legal obligations, suppression of unwanted marketing and proportionate security records.

Retention and security

Unconfirmed and inactive launch records should be reviewed periodically and deleted or anonymised when no longer needed. Rate limits use keyed one-way identifiers rather than permanently storing raw IP addresses. Reasonable technical and organisational safeguards are used, but no system is completely secure.
