Rental & Refund Policy

Proposed rental pricing

The proposed rate is ₦200 per hour. Proposed launch pricing. Pricing and availability may vary by location. Final charges are shown before rental confirmation.

Security deposit

A proposed refundable deposit of ₦1,000 may be held during a rental. It is a deposit, not a fee. Release timing and conditions depend on final payment and rental terms.

Returns and late charges

Power banks should be inserted into an available slot at a compatible participating station. A proposed late charge of ₦150/hour, capped at ₦1,000, may apply. Final time limits and grace periods are not yet confirmed.

Lost, damaged or faulty devices

Final responsibility for lost or damaged equipment is still being confirmed. Faults should be reported promptly through the future support channel. Approved refunds will be handled through the original payment provider where practical.
